Please read these terms & conditions before placing your order. No contract exists between you and Little hooliganz for the sale of any goods until Little hooliganz has received and accepted your order and has received payment in full (in cleared funds).Last Updated: 14 May 2006

Description and Price of goods
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on Little hooliganz website at the time you place your order. All goods are sold as described. However, due to natural variation in manufacture, goods sold may not be exactly as they are photographed i.e. colour/shade/finish difference and distinguishing marks are sometimes unavoidable.The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Little hooliganz will inform you as soon as possible and if you request we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Payment and Delivery
We deliver Worldwide.If ordering in the UK and the European Union (EU), 17.5% of your order total is a VAT charge. If ordering outside of these areas your order is not subject to VAT. Postage prices vary based on the order weight. In addition, orders sent overseas are subject to a surcharge. A total price for your order including VAT (if applicable) and postage is displayed during the purchase process.
As we are currently taking pre-orders, the goods you order will be dispatched within two months of funds clearing and delivered to the address you give when you place your order (a working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under Little hooliganz control, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Little hooliganz will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Little hooliganz will inform you as soon as possible.
Your right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Little hooliganz by letter or email, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Little hooliganz at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address on the "Return to" label on the parcel. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Please ensure that the goods are in excellent, unused and unopened condition or we may not refund you.
Once you have notified Little hooliganz that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, Little hooliganz may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
