1) The Com-cap Balance company certificate.
A Com-Cap balance consultant will visit your company premises to discuss at lengths your existing community projects and help suggest ways to improve on your Com-Cap balance. All suggestions will be made with careful consideration to the effectiveness of your business to operate in todays global marketplace. After a period of time we will re-evaluate what has been achieved and where applicable will award our (now famous!) Com-Cap certificate and badge which you can proudly show in your boardroom, showroom window or staff canteen.
2) Com-Cap 'spirit building' projects
Want your employees to bond, work together and come back refreshed and productive?, Then our Com-cap spirit-building community building projects are for you. We tailor make projects to suit your budget, needs and focus. Wnat to send 20 people away to help an orphanage in India. Leave it to us. Want to arrange a weekly visit to a school for disabled children. Leave it to us. We will take care of everything in a comprehensive and professional manner from coming up with a list of suggestions and ideas to organising, implementing and managing your Spirit building week/weekend. We will involve your employess on every step of the way meaning they are integrally involved in the whole project and thus come to take pride in what they are doing. This leads to a feeling of empowerment and will increase staff morale and happiness.
